DANIEL MERLY

Fitness is my true passion. I first picked up a weight when I was a freshman in high school. That first day took me on a journey that has spanned over 14 years. During these past 14 years, I have competed in five bodybuilding competitions. In my fourth show, I finally achieved 1st place in my weight class!! And at my fifth show, I coached myself for the competition.

During my last competition prep, I became interested in completing the NASM Nutrition Certification. Despite working two jobs and preparing for a bodybuilding competition, I became certified as a NASM nutritionist and virtual coach.

What do I love? I love seeing people accomplish goals they didn’t think feasible. I love seeing a client of mine perfect their form and crush a new weight goal. I love seeing my clients push past a point of exhaustion they didn’t know they had. I love seeing the smile on their face after progress photos displaying how far they’ve come. I genuinely love the process of moving towards a specific objective, with all the ups and the downs.

I am confident I can help lead you to make healthier choices and to become stronger in the gym. With my knowledge and your honest feedback, I know we will go far.

Each one of you is capable of growth, bettering yourselves, and making a positive impact within your own community. If you allow me to be your conduit for those capabilities, I will not let you down. I am confident I can help lead you to make healthier choices and to become stronger in the gym.

When I am not crushing my fitness goals, I work as a Consultant in the Construction Industry for Claims and Project Management. I also enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife, Kali, and my two awesome Yorkies, Coco and Chloe. My friends and family mean the world to me.
